just wanted to be the first to post here :D so last week i ordered the vf34 turbo, sti injectors, walbro pump and a huge aps top mount intercooler! all from dynocomp, and they will be doing the install, tuning and another ecutek reflash! oooh i cant wait! here what my setup will basically be:

My setup I had with the VF34 and stock tmic got me about 250whp... With the APS I'd say you should get about 265 or so, depending on tune. Rich likes to tune conservately, for the impending Hell we call summer.

Now I need to refill my drum of 109.

hey whats up brandon! i assume that was 250whp on dynocomps dyno?? which is closer to 280whp on a dynojet dyno. 260ish would be perfect on the dynodynamics..i ususally run a mix of 91/101 every other week during summer to avoid det. post some pics of your car dammit!

Yeah... DynoDynamics. I kinda sucks because you tell people you pulled 250, and they look at you like it's nothing... when you could hand them their ass with 'only' 250hp. I got 250 off of 91 pump pee-pee, so I'd say 265 sounds fair with your setup/ gas choice.

yeah well they nickname the dynodynamics, the "heartbreaker"...cause you expect to see much higher numbers. but its not the #'s that count. :twisted: i did 217whp @16.5psi on their dyno with basically a stage 2 setup...sounds low, until you stomp on it. :D

Well da car is done! but it was too late for me to drive up there and pick it up so i must wait until tomorrow morning...........Rich said it did 260whp with ease, very consistently. thats around 280whp or so on dynojets that most use. im real happy with that, seeing the stock block is really only good for 300whp! and i want to be on the safe side with it. thats what the 240 is for. :twisted:

If you have time to waste, call me when you pick up your car! (Especially if its around lunch time). I work on Scottsdale and Frank Loyd Wright (near pinnacle nissan) which is just a few mins from dynocomp!

261.3 is the final number to the wheels......with tq coming in around 240ish. the nice thing is that this is at the same psi(16.5) i was running before. so i went from 216.7whp to 261.3 running the same boost. so its got more in it for sure, but with the heat and all im good with it right where it is. Also Rich calculated this to be 358hp at the crank. :D i'll post the dyno sheet tonight, nice peak up top...pulls good on the freeway.
