The term was taken from the book "Secrets of Solo Racing". 9 and 3 is the correct position to have your hands on the steering wheel when performance driving......Now you know!!!!

that is just wrong........

another little tidbit i learned in my 8 hr stay at defensive driving school 2 weeks ago.....9 and 3 is also the correct place to have your hands while driving, with an airbag equiped vehicle! apparently you can have your arms blown off in the 10 and 2 :lol:
