theres gonna be a few events there this summer...so if you want to cruise down there and watch first, that would help. and do a ride along! this place is cool cause its not just a lot with cones, its an actual track.

Yeah, the earliness sucks about autocross :x If you pre-reg, it's $20....which I believe that's all summer is :wink: But yeah, as Erin said, you are more than welcome to just show up and take in the sites first. That's free :lol:

last summer I went out (6am) changing over to the "r's" and on the first tire I broke a stud.... game over :cry: I never did get to run on that track but Scott took me for a ride a long and it was fun, I'll bet its even better from behind the wheel! Hmmmm 6/12 huh... frick! I have to work that weekend :( hmmmm maybe I could still make it :?

That's how it was supposed to be, but it changed. If you are a first timer, then you must have an experienced autoxer ride with you for at least your first run. The passenger is optional for the rest of your runs.

I think the course is pretty safe unless you have a dorifto car :)

i'd suggest the wagon for CAC. I took my s2k there for the last summer event. I drifted damn near every single turn. It wasn't on purpose either. That's what kumho 711's in the rear, potenza s02's up front, a crapass alignment, and not enough front sway bar will get you!

I'm expecting to tear CAC up this summer. I want a top 5 raw time!

I wouldnt worry about it... your 1st run, take it kinda easy so you know what to expect, then on your next runs speed it up :D

Welcome to the forum Greg.

I'm biased against eibach springs because they don't care if they put out crap. I've got no experience with wrx's and eibach springs, but I do know for a fact that all of Eibach's "performance" springs for b14 and b15 sentras are a joke. If I was in charge of Eibach, I'd have fired everybody responsible for the development and sale of those springs :lol:

I can't wait until we get back to PIR. We need more slaloms to slow you down ;)

You know, they may be crap... but they work for me, and suited some specific requirements I was looking for when I got them (and autox wasn't a priority at the time).

It's going to be October at the earliest before I can make an event at PIR, and maybe November. I have other travel commitments.

Still, I had a bit of an automotive epiphany while driving the new EVO at a media introduction last week. I think I will no longer be slow through slaloms. Power of positive thought!

hi greg, thanks for posting results and being so fast on eibachs :lol: i had prokits on my wagon at first but didnt like them much(same with my spec v). they seem to work for you though!
