I called Sunoco.
55gal drum @109oct = $292 + $25 delivery + tax = $340

As soon as the spec is gone, i will be buying a drum of this if anyone else is interested! i went and filled up with 91/101 again the other day because the car pings pretty noticeably with just 91 now. and 101 is $5.49/gal at Mobil x 55gal=$301. so for $40 more you get +8 octane and delivery. :D

Don't forget the $20 drum deposit, and the $16 charge for a pump... that breaks easily, so be careful! My bill was about $376 or so.

I need to get mine refilled, but the fock if I have the money. Definitely need it now that the heat is coming.

I usually mix about 2 gallons of 109 with 13 gallons of 91 to get my 93.5 mix. Runs noice.

yeah thats what i want, a nice mix around 94 octane...especially with the heat coming. my car has suffered from detonation on 91 from when it was new. :x

I think I'm going to buy a 55gallon drum of 118 octaine leaded gas... I have no cats, and I'm sure the o2 sensors can handle it for track days.

118octaine 55gal drum = $475.75

114octaine 55gal drum = $379.50

There is a $20 barrel deposit and you have to get your own pump... but 118octaine is kickass!

Union Distribution only carries 100 octain unleaded race fuel... best to go to Sunoco for the good stuff.

I called Speedway Race fuels just a sec ago and they are a bit more expensive than Union, but did have unleaded 108 octaine for $6.20 a gallon which is $321.35 for a drum... Not too bad IMO

i ordered it from Speedway. something like $321.35 + $11 delivery + tax + $21 pump + $25 drum......jeez! only have to pay the pump and barrel fee once though.

I mean, i just ordered it yesterday!!! arrrrrrrgh. so now it will be delivered next week.

I used to get 110 at Texaco, I-17 & Deervalley, but I never paid attension to the brand, I just know it was purple, I seen the station at Cave Creek & Union Hills has "race gas" but I havent stopped in to see what octane or how $$

I built a racing go-ped for the kid (many moons ago) and it would'nt run on anything less the 110, I tried getting fuel from Deervalley airport once and that thing ran like shiet!
so is the blue stuff un-leaded?

101 at mobil on chandler and 40th st has gone up to $5.99/gal :x thats ridiculous. .40 cent increase overnight.
