Engine: Built 2.2L engine, Version 8 heads, Forced Air Technologies "stage 2" kit (Garrett GT30R, up/down pipes, TiAL wastegate and BOV, FMIC), JDM RA tranny (full, not gearset), Apexi catback, DynoComp tune, Blitz FATT turbo timer, turboXs MBC, Perrin Fuel Rails, Crucial Racing summer special package.
Suspension: '05 STI drivetrain (except engine and tranny and including Brembos), Perrin rear sway bar, Perrrin Endlinks, Tien H techs.
Exterior: 17X8 Rota Torques wrapped in Azenis Sports, Sti hood scoop, debaged (only have the DynoComp stickers on it)
Interior: 3 CF autometer guages in the A-pillar, Pioneer MP3 Deck (forgot the model)

Nobody will freaking race me... it's rediculous! before I got my new engine or FMIC for that matter everyone wanted to race... even stock civics. But now... NO ONE! Not that I race on the streets... ;)

Good, the radiator is in... and then the Boost Controller should be in soon (it's the EBC... so it's not too easy). Other than that, I was going to change injectors and have a reflash. But I'm going to hold off on the injectors and flash until I put the new turbo in it... I'll probably have to step up to the 1000+cc injectors.

I'll have the diagonal bar put in soon. I really wanted it for this event though.

Yeah, you are probably talking at least 50 pounds of diamond plate there. I know it looks nice, but still not worth the weight. Especially in a car that looks to be turning into a full track car.

50lbs is alot of diamond plate! The only places DP'd are the floors right infront of the seats. I also believe it is aluminum DP.

I guess it would also depend on what gauge it was. I think the one guy I have seen with DP had a thick gauge steel DP, and also had DP mats for the back. So yeah, they were heavy.

If it's only like 5-10 pounds, I would keep the bling, and put some grip tape where you need it. Just take a dump before you leave the house to make up for those 5 pounds on the track.

i'd just grip tape the floor or maybe have them cut the diamond plate to a smaller square. you only need it right where your feet are resting when driving. i had diamond plate floor mats in my spec v, for show only back in the day, and they were slippery when wet or dirty.

I imagine the diamond plate is a collaboration between Nick and the dudes that built the cage.. BNR has diamond plate on EVERYTHING.. in their race cars, on the trailer, in the shop, you name it.

The Subaru's new turbo and gates come in today ;) I'm not going to say what the turbo is until it's done, but I'm excited to just have it running again!
