Almost my dream car. I'd have gone with pushrod V-8 power myself. An INCREDIBLE car nonetheless.

Love the car... hate the motor. eff bastardizing the Datsun/ Nissan thing. You can easily swap in an SR20 built with a toda stroker, putting it to 2.4L and a huge turbo, and be killing it. I don't agree with swapping in other company's parts, damnit!
But it looks hot, nonetheless, and I did get a little giggly over that supercharged ls1 280z, so...

With an old car like a 240z I don't think any motor is off limits.
I wouldn't call it bastardization at all.
If you can engineer the solution to make it happen, why not?
And the 240z is a phenomenal chassis for any type of swap IMO, even a rotary...

wow creative indeed! i like it....i would be more inclined to go v8 in a 240 chassis too just for the ease of sway, stock power. but i give that a thumbs up for getting it done! cant wait to see it out on the track :twisted:
