no wonder they were built for straight lines.....this was from the scooby forum, they are saying he was doing 55mph and swerved to avoid a racoon. bs i say. does that look like a 55mph crash :? if so, we should all avoid being near srt's at all times. i mean the car is completely destroyed, enough force that the entire motor broke free. :shock:

Nah 55 mph is faster than you thing, especially when you are in 3,000lbs of metal and cheap plastic.

im not sure where it happened....i know 55 is fast, but to do that much damage!!? i mean, the motor is completely out, the car is bent across the middle.

Could be... Looks a little faster, but motors are designed to drop out in the case of most accidents. Hence the reason (along with all the crumple zones) so many more cars get totalled these days...and less serious injuries.

The dude doesn't know when to change his tires or how to drive. I've seen a couple of SRT's that looked ok in the handling dept. They were all driven by really good driver's who setup their cars right. All their motors are still in their cars -lol
