Car is getting close to drivable!

I stopped by my mechanic (Robert Ansick) and my car should be running and out of his shop middle to end of next week, giving me enough time to get it broken in and ready for a nice agressive tune at the Dyno Day (granted that it is still going to be the first weekend in July) Hopefully I'll have ANOTHER JDM ECU so I can have a race gas tune for the track. Richard is going to hate me by the end of the day!

If you get the EcuTEK software, you can have 2 maps loaded on 1 ECU. Ask Rich, as he has the software for it.

On JDM ECU's they aren't able to have the 2 maps on them... I dunno, I talked to Rich about it last night.

Looky at what we found as we were going over the engine yesterday... Ron at Axis freaking dropped my engine while it was there! The oil or water pump (whichever one it is) was mounted right before we sent it to Ron. And this is how we get it back.

We are trying to get it running today... the engine was assembled and he was installing it yesterday... I'm going to head over to the shop soon to see how far he has gotten.

I have given them plenty of chances to "right the wrong", I even shipped the motor back to them at my expense for him to look over the crap that he sent me and he came back and said I dropped the motor. When I shipped him the motor we had the oil pump installed in that spot (that we had to pull off to ship) and I know for a fact it wasn't like what we got back. I'm tired of his accusations of me dropping my motor, so I'm having my mechanic fix it at my expense and we are filing a claim with fedex (who shipped it) because the package came back all messed up, but someone in my office accepted the box as it was while I was out of town.

Car should be out of the shop by tonight! Almost done putting the engine back in! I can't wait, and Richard at DynoComp is a Champ once again trying to get me in tonight for the tune (depending on when the car is done at FAT. I'm about to freaking spritz myself!
