This was the worst day of my life!! I can't believe this happened.

I appreciate everyone for being there, and hanging out for as long as you did.

Needless to say, they are trying to hit me with Reckless endangerment and racing. Criminal misdemeanor. BS!! What was that guys issue?

The 6 hours in jail was fun! No more orange clothes for me. I'll get you the walkie back, whoever's it was.

I'm mostly sure it'll be totalled!

wow thats the closest i've seen of it, yeah looks totalled to me..probably bent the body up some. you absolutely need to fight the charges! for one, how can you be charged with racing? who were you racing? nobody else was sighted for racing and nobody witnessed you racing...that was his excuse so he could haul you off. and reckless is harsh considering 3 cars were involved and nobody injured. man, car looks bad though...

that sucks man... and reckless endangerment does sound a bit excessive for a no-injury accident, it's all just stuff. I'm just glad nobody got hurt. Racing just seems like a silly charge, especially since they didn't charge anyone else with racing.

Make sure to not post anything publicly that could affect your case. Better to be on the safe side for when you start your legal battles :? The charges do sound ridiculous (racing?).

yeah thats why i've been cautious about my postings.....the main issue is the bs charges, which they were considering nobody was charged with racing but him and there was traffic ahead of me and its a slow, sharp road. oh and the officer most certianly didnt witness "racing" :?

yes! profiling is the word i was looking for! exactly what happened...you should have seen this guy all up in our faces with raised voice! he was pissed that none of us actually saw what happened..but then he tells us he has some witnesses? funny, if none of us in front or behind saw it, who else could have? its a very tight, blind corner that we each kept space in between each other for. f that guy in his tight ass.

by looks of the pics, wouldnt Brandon most likely be on the 'mountain" side and the truck be on the center lane side? I mean, going thru a turn you have tendency to hang on the inside of the curve.... make sense? so wouldnt that mean the truck crossed the center line? :?: oh.... yeah yeah I forgot... you were racing thru a blind curve..... thats right. (sarcasm)

It's complete BS!! I'm working on the lawyer as we speak. Going to see about a change of venue as well, see about moving it down to maricopa, since those guys tend to "watch out" for each other.

My preliminary court date is June 29th, but I may see about puching it back a week, so I can get it on my day off and, possibly(hopefully!), in Maricopa.

I'm going back up there tomorrow to get full pics of the car, and pics of the road up to, following, and at the "crime scene" so I can have proof of how the turn was, and how it looked.

The driver of the durango wanted my neck, but for some reason, I never heard from the guy in the truck. I'm pretty sure he was riding the line, but doubt he was over it, just didn't give me any room for error.

I'll keep you guys in the know. Thanks for having my back!

I was going to ask what the other driver's involved are saying? Perhaps the crooked cop is basing his citations on their stories.

One thing that might help is video of the turn, to demonstrate the view you had perhaps, just an idea.
