Two "new" miatas made it out.

Brian's new CSP car took top raw time and top pax. My new "fatboy tired" car took 3rd top raw time and 3rd top pax time. Now I need to get the darn thing painted!

Brady had a pretty good showing (BSP in an underprepared car on street tires is hard to PAX well. He finished 4th among his PAXed class and had the third fastest raw time in his group of 17 :) His car is so damn clean!

It didn't fall off. It was not required to attach the harness to the cage. Thank Dave Green for that one.

The red one w. JDM wheels is Pat Rileys.. and of course Rob R w. the white one on rcomps is fast! All the other guys who run are typical s2k owners just out for a drive.. :)
It's not really a fun car to autoX.. esp on street tires. St's + vtAk = spinnage
I beat Britt my last event so Im pretty happy w. that! :)

on a fast course i don't think there is a car out there that's more fun than an S2000.. a CSP Miata might be close. I drove Rob's car at the PIR solo event and it was totally kickass..

then of course this weekend was 90% 1st gear, which was kinda frustrating. perhaps R Compounds would increase the speeds a bit, thus making it more fun (and more 2nd gear), but i dunno.. i'd hate to spend $1000 on tires and find out it's still not any fun.
