So having cars sitting around and being bored leads to silly things...So my '02 wrx is being transformed to rally. Nothing crazy, just something to have fun with in the dirt and snow.

First, i'm either slapping some stock wrx springs back on to raise it, or my tarmac 2's off my wagon, at full height. Probably sell the tarmac 2's though, towards new ones for the wagon.

I'm getting the stock wheels from Julio and having them powdercoated gold or white? then mounting some chunky snow tires.

On the list: Rally Innovations Light Bar.

I'll probably have an intake for sale soon. Either the Aps cai off the bugeye, or my cobb short ram off the wagon. Probably put the stock airbox back on the bugeye, and i'm painting the exhaust black.

I didn't even know you had a bugeye. WTF? How many cars do you have?

Doing the math, that counts for 3.25 cars.

I'd say leave the SRA - no reason losing power (I don't think the stock airbox is going to protect that much more against the elements than a SRA). What it needs are some DMS 50's ;)

My bad. I thought you sold it and forgot it was a bugeye.

Whatever! You need a engineering degree to figure out all of Erin's cars (past and present).

it has an aps cai now and no fender liners because the front fenders were rolled. so i need to come up with something to keep dirt/water from the wiring and intake.

Somebody has got to be getting rid of some or possibly check some junk yards for liners - they'll still bolt up right?

i think the tabs were cut off. I have to look again. I found a pretty cool custom solution on dirtyimpreza.com if the tabs are there.

Hey my STi has the SPT short ram with the heat shield so if you wanna trade that for the APS CAI I would be happy to :D
