your synthetic oil, if your using it. :) I know you can go up to 7k, but i still change mine every 3k w/ Mobil 1. What do you use? I'd like to do some Royal Purple again someday soon..oil changing mod day!!??
I use mobil 1 5w30 in my 200se-r, and change it about every 4,000 miles. It doesn't get driven hard, but between the dust and heat I'd rather change the oil more frequently than every 7k just for peace of mind. I put redline mt90 in the tranny after the 5th gear rebuild, and I'll never ever change that shit again :)
I use mobil 1 10w30 in the S2000, and change it every 3000 miles. I use 75w90 mobil 1 for the differential, and will change that every year. For the tranny I use the Honda shit and will change that every year.
I'm not sure how often or at what interval I will change the S2000's oil when it stops being my daily driver.

I go every 3-4k miles.
I check my oil about every 2nd fill up cause I drive a Spec V, and we all know how much it likes to eat the oil.
I just recently switched to Mobil 1 10w-40 and we will see how that goes.
I did the 10-40 because I live in hell, and I believe withing 1000rpm of redline is where the car is supposed to be 70% of the time.
I am still running Redline MTL in the tranny and it hasn't given me a problem. I will probably change it one day, I just hate the Effing smell...
How about Oil Change + Radiator flush + General Maintenance day.
We will see how it goes.
I try to get the women I know to let me do it every 3-4k miles, but they get the cheap shit. :) And I get back rubs and kisses.
I know with synth we could be more outta the oil, but I just have the habit I suppose.
On a side note, we could check into an oil testing place and see if they could do a group buy sort of thing. I am personally interested, and I think we should probably have it done for the 88 Alltrac since the bish is old.

damn old-ass cars, who would want to drive them anyway? :P
Mobil1 10-40 so far, and OEM filter. The diff and tranny oils were just changed before I bought the Alltrac so I've got a little while on those. would like to flush the radiator though, and my intercooler fluid's already rust colored again, so that could always use a good flush :) Would like to do the brake fluid, but may as well wait for SS lines to do that. Anything else worth flushing out?

with our track record working in your garage, it probably wouldn't be the place to get a colonic ;)
