on the business side.. their a little flaky
I've never had them install glass for me so I dont know what that side is like...

your right! i was suppose to have it done yesterday but called to change the date for today(left mess) and they never called me back! luckily i spoke with the installer yesterday and asked if he could come today.....which he did. did a great job for me at least.
