 im so annoyed dealing with local shops!!!! man, i cant figure these places out. customer service huh? Just got off the phone with DynoComp. Lets see, i ordered my turbo/inj/pump/i/c on the 5th! i was told then, they had everything but the turbo, which would only take a couple of days.........no calls. last fri i call, they say they have everything but the topmount...BUT he has a used aps topmount that he'll sell me for $250 less! great i say!!!! he says he'll call me back on an install time.............no calls. sooooo i call again right now. he acts like he's never talked to me before :? says he doesnt have a top mount yet!? but he has everything else, including the cat and exhaust :? uhhhh i dont remember ordering a cat and exhaust wtf lol. somehow those made it onto my list? so now im waiting for another call back on the topmount. WTF!!!!!!!! why is this shit so hard? goddamit i want to open my own shop. its not like im spending $50! im spending $3300!!!!!!!!! on top of the $1000 i spent with them already for the first ecu reflash and all the dyno tuning. oi vei.

With all of our knowledge and my skills with "da ladies", we could start a shop.

hmmm... I wouldn't mind a second job...
and hell, if you could do Alltrac parts with a decent turnaround, you could beat the pants off of 935motorosports :P

yeah avg times for this setup are high 12's to low 13's. :D
Sweet mods!
You know the art of the "return phone call" seems to have died. Maybe Andy is working at Dynocomp part time :P

oooh hmmmmmmmmmmmm. i think i may look into that.
on a side note....scooby is at dynocomp! 8) Richard really is a great guy, apparently a little forgetful, or more than likely just very busy...but as always he greets me at the door with a handshake, very upbeat and professional which makes me feel good about having work done there. Also we were talking and he's running the dynocomp sti at the SCC Ultimate street car challenge and the 1 Lap of America!! I though that was sweet! his sti was the feature car at carandmodel.com the month after my spec v. :)

It tends to get REAL busy around there... I've been talking to him about possibly working there part time on a commission basis to take care of all the suby sales. I've got customer service coming out the ying-yang.
But we'll see. We'll have to run sometime, see just how quick your car is.

yeah that would be a good indicator for me! i'll post up the dyno sheets tonight hopefully. i prefer a safe, reliable tune as opposed to bigger #'s, especially with the heat coming! i have a feeling i'll be doing a 2.5 swap in a few years if i keep the wagon. 8)
