new or used? i bought mine just a few months ago, but it only had 900 miles on it!! really nice bike.

ahh well r6 might not be the best for a first bike, as far as comfort level/learning. something that sits you a little more upright would make it more enjoyable, especially for a commuter. cost of gas is awesome for sure.
