So a few of us were talking about getting together one day and clay barring the whips. Wouldnt take long with a few of us at once. I'd like to get my spec moved out of the garage first though....that way we can have one in the garage and one under the tent. We could go in on 2 clay kits which would cover at least 6 cars.

I may be down, depending on when... my car needs to recover after multiple passes on Apache Trail and going to Sedona. If we make it in May, I have some time off for mah burfday, and it may work out.

Ok, got word from Surge that the new Shining Monkey clay bar has arrived today! so i'll be picking one or two up today which would do at least 6 cars. probably pick up the shining monkey polish too, as im a 'new' product whore. so, whoever wants to try it out lets set something up..i can move my spec and 240 out of the garage now to make room.

man this clay bar is crazy!! its super thick and really soft compared to any others i've used...and its pretty purplish pink :) i got the new polish too for anyone to try out. basically i'd like as many to try it so we can give our impressions to Surge, since nobody else carries Shining Monkey around here.

Got some Shining Monkey clay bar at Surge this weekend, and also the polish. It really does work well on a black car. In fact I was really skeptical at first until after using the polish, then waxing afterwords and the clay bar removed everything that was not supposed to be there and the polish and wax made it look almost new, except for the rock chips of course. Great products by far!! :D Thanks for the recomendation BTW Erin. 8)
